Before becoming a top producer in the mortgage industry, Suren started his career as an auditor; during a 12 year span he advanced from an entry level position to an executive post. He then started to learn more about mortgage loans on a part-time basis in 1990, and received his first award for being a top mortgage producer of his company in 1993. Ever since, he has been the top producer each year at every company he has worked for, including the last 6 years at 1st Advantage Mortgage. He has clients and business partners throughout the city and suburbs, and has financed many homes in the Naperville area.
Suren has received several awards over the years for his outstanding sales and services to his many clients. Suren lives by the motto that if you treat the customer well, more will come. When not working, Suren enjoys golfing, bowling and spending time with his family, including his wife Bhanu, an MDS coordinator at Brookdale Healthcare, his son Chintan, who is a Spine Surgeon at Parkview Orthopedics Institute in Joliet, and daughter Lina, a business systems analyst at JP Morgan Chase in Chicago.
